your post is a bit confusing. Grounding kits are used to balance the residual voltage from the engine to the frame (or I.E. your battery). As much as people would love to tell you, there isn't a %100 right way to put up a grounding it. Just make sure you aren't connecting a straight positive wire to the frame.
Since your battery is relocated into the trunk you can ground your engine to the frame and it will be safe. But as I said, just don't do something stupid like connect a ground wire to the positive 00 gauge wire on the starter. So instead of wiring everything back to the ground of your battery, just wire it to the closest part of the frame, fender, firewall, etc. as you can.
