Yes, however:

The Q45 rear upright is the same as a Z32, aluminum, but with a fork style mount rear shock. You'll need Z32 rear shocks.
Also, most Q45s were equipped with HICAS so you'll have to press the ball joint out where the toe rod mounts and press a bushing back in place.
Lastly, the rear hub is the same as a Z32 TT, so you can use it but you must use the axles as well, as they're a larger spline. This will require using the diff too since the axles are 5bolt.

The J30 rear upright is a direct replacement with no alterations or other parts required. The brakes are the same, but that's it.
