I am looking for a 1995-1998 240sx. car needs to be in great running condition, A/C and manuel transmission. (SR20 is a plus)

I have a 2nd gen rx7 88 turbo that needs apex seals, oil seals to be replace and a paint job. It has been sitting for 2yrs due to the fact I have been out of the country. willing to trade it plus cash for above.
