To address your post. Until we become a communistic/Marxian socialist goverment and am shot and killed on site for speaking against the country, I will continue to do so.
I voted for the democratic candidate (gore,uhhh), not because I favored him, but felt that it was my american duty to vote for anyone but Dubya. I did lots of research on dubya while he was campaining and he has an unfavorable and even questionable historied past which a majority of the population were unaware of at the time and even still so to this day. I even went so far as walking through my community and passing out flyers with facts and their origins on Bush and spoke at two local community colleges about the issue in some political rallies. Many were enticed by his promises and could care less about what he did or how his beleifs are based.
To become a president is a heavy burden. I feel that in my pursuing an Emergency Medicine career, I can help people even more so. If your post was intended for many including myself, I say this...I have attended our great public school system and received a degree, joined the military, completed an associates degree in network administration, donated two cars to local charities (tax break), lived the american dream by running my own business for two years,raised my kids and married, and am now pursuing a doctorates in Emergency Medicine. I don't think I am better, I just don't like him and what he stands for. Call me traitor or whatever you fell, I have paid respects to my country and will continue to do so.
