Why would you? I mean, honestly, have you even mastered driving enough that your handling would improve with a double wishbone? MacPherson strut gets a bad rap, but its more than capable - both BMW and Porsche use it. I guess if you really wanted a suspension swap, it would make more sense to swap in the multi link from the skyline and 300ZX...
