I got ripped off $688 to James Zhang
Hey guys
I sold a HTC phone last year and the guy opend up a dispute in paypal saying he never recieved the item which is total BS coz i wouldve got it back as the packaging has a RETURN TO SENDER..
pittyfull it didnt have tracking on the packaging.. it just states i sent it to USA and the weight of the package and date.. which matches up to the ebay auction and the month / year...
He ended up getting the money, even tho after creating the paypal dispute he never responded to the claim and i did about 4-5 times!! He is such a prick.
I have some details of him, i know he lives in california or something
How can i get this money back SOMEHOW? I am willing to give half of it atleast .. I just wanna kill this guy or get my money back( or some of it ) hahaha
