3M plastic repair in the tube is what I'd use or do some fiberglass work(which is a bitch). That stuff is amazing for anything that has a little flex to it. Used it over a year ago to fill in the license plate hole on my JDM kouki bumper and it has yet to let me down.
The window weld probably won't stick as well to fiberglass
