I had the same thing happen with him when I bought a 180sx front bumper. I got to the point where he started ignoring me. Then he proceeded to tell me it was shipped and gave me a FAKE ups tracking number. (I used to work for UPS). I called the UPS store that he went to and they told me he came in with the bumper to get a quote, but didn't ship it. Finally I got Paypal involved. So finally he shipped the bumper about a week and a half after I paid for it.
