This is great advice. The hardest part of pursuing an internation lawsuit is going to be the fact that you have very little way of getting a hold of the person you are suing. All they have to do is pick up and leave, and you're left standing there with your balls flapping in the wind. The best thing to do would be to wait until they try to setup shop in the US. At that point, they will have had to go to the trouble to get a US Tax ID number, SS numbers for their owners, and all that shit. You can't do business in the US unless you are setup to pay taxes. And the only way you can setup to pay taxes is to provide some legitimate ways of being contacted in the event of fraud. Once the fraud is committed here, those dudes are in for some SERIOUS trouble, because the SEC and the IRS don't take kindly to people screwing around with money.

Anyway, much luck. I hate hearing about shady shit like this.
