I don't know if this is a national, california, or just bay area thing, but I've been noticing a lot more imports pulled over with their hoods popped lately. Just last night, I saw 2 Integras and a CRX pulled over. But today was the terrible part, as I saw a s13 pulled over with its hood popped and the cop inspecting it.
just wondering if anybody else noticed this increased CHP crap
