my s13 was doing the same shit just not the response lag part but what i did is i sea foamed and did a full tune up, the motor sounds good but for some reason the ecu went into limp mode... so that's a risk but ill let you know if i get mine done right, i think i just have to pull out all the sensors and put them back in but not sure
