there was one other small hose, (like 1/4'') that used to go to my old intake before i had a turbo. it comes out somewhere under the TB. i just plugged it up.

As I said before, the 1/4" tube goes before the turbo, after the MAF. And I'll put $5 that your problem is the placement of the MAF. You've got like 3" there.
