It's not looking good. That building is supposed to have up to 50 people still inside it. They dropped a camera down, and saw 15 people initially thought they were alive, they now think they suffocated from a fire that was in the lower part of the building.
That used to be a 4 storey building.
6 people have been arrested so far for looting/burglary. Now enforcing a 6.30pm curfew on the city, media included, so won't know any more til morning.
