Whine Noise Only When Pressing Clutch In.
Yea so my input shaft bearing went bed on my last trans, So I picked up another one, put it in with a new pilot bushing and throw-out bearing, and the clutch only had about ~600 miles on it.
So I got it all finished and took it for a drive and it has like a slight whine whenever i just push the clutch it, it doesn't stay whining the whole time the clutch is in, it just happens at the top of the clutch and goes away right away.
Its kind of hard to explain, but like if I'm going down the street, and shift, it will make the whine when I first press it in, but go away right away, even if I leave my foot on the clutch.
And to be honest the whine kind of sounds like its coming from the around the clutch pedal area.. but I can't be positive on this because well when I driving I can't stick my head down there and try to pin-point where exactly it's coming from.
Whats going on here? I've been searching around but never really seen anyone with similar issues.
