No...not like the sound weep. If you look on the underside of your water pump, you'll notice a small hole that is drilled into it. This hole (refered to as a weep hole) is designed to leak when the seals inside the pump are about to go. It's to make you aware changing the pump out is soon to be in order before more problems occur.
