Despite the mileage, that's actually not a bad find at all. The seller also seems upfront about any issues that the car has, something hard to come by these days. Most S-chassis ads go something like this:

These are the ones you avoid like the plague. I would seriously consider this, and your $2k offer ceiling is in the ballpark. At least you know it hasn't been beat on by one of those retardfuck wannabe drifter "hey man it's just a 240 who cares" types (i.e. typical Zilvian).
