The car books at 9 in good condition. Yours needs a clutch+body work and the mods are knock off junk that don't add anything to the value, some detract from it. The car was obviously owned/driven/maintained and modified by a younger guy. Let me take a guess here, you beat the hell out of it trying to drift and now the clutch is toast and you had to buy new front and rear bumpers because you hit a curb with the original ones, sound about right? Not to mention the maintenance it will need in just a few thousand miles at 120k.

very true. Car needs work. I don't see how 6500 is a lowball offer and sounds pretty reasonable.
