Camber is your biggest problem.

You aren't using the full face of your front tires once you countersteer.

And your rear won't break traction because once you try to countersteer the weight sways your car thus resulting in the full face contacting the ground.

3* or even more camber up front and 1* camber in rear. Your car will handle much different.

For the front you want the leading tire to touch the ground at max lock. Adjusting camber in the front will help you do that.
