Just get it done professionally, windshield and back glass are structural component of the vehicle. It is not something you want to mess with as a diy project. You don't need to remove the interior to remove the back glass. With a proper knife you can cut and remove the back glass. And no you can't use a substitute adhesive like silicone or some other caulking, it's glued on or adhesively bonded with urethane.

You'll need new back glass molding. You'll need glass primer, glass cutting knife, scrapper. When applying the urethane the bead must be of certain width and height.
