3) Charcoal canister is the can in the front driverside section of your engine bay. And your car will pass inspection. My old car had no emissions, not cat and only had charcoal canister (All it does is help your car stop smelling like gas so bad) and I passed with flying colors. Don't freak yourself out....damn dude.
