hell they are not so rare in Oki any more, Back in 04-07 It was like only me and 2 other americans that had Hachi's. Probably had the only hachi on Kadena.
But then one of the events at Nago, we had Hachi day was probably like 15+ of them all owned by locals though
Went to visit the inlaws last year and saw like 4 on base.
