Great,,, I was showing my girl this post. Then she was talking your ab's compared to my beer belly blubber gut. I have been sucking up my gut for ten minutes until my ab's started to burn and I could not take it any more and my blubber flopped over my belt. I just went on ebay and got the 6min ab's crap, so maybe in a month I wont be ashamed around my girl anymore or vise versa. You should of left your damn shirt on.
