why not? that's what the government does. They base THEIR statistics on MY test results. What's a better way? that's the whole point of Test-Only centers. They gather data for the SMOG program. So you see one 20 year old car and i see 10 a day, and i know exactly how they are running and you dont. ...??? so i dont get why you think i shouldnt be making a judgement based on my knowledge. In 20 years let's say a z31 is considered a classic. Ok i will accept that. great car to be added to the list..but unfortunately the law doesnt work by saying which cars are and arent classics. Therefore is a 78 datsun is considered a classic, then so must a 78 oldmobile cutlass, or a 78 ford pinto, or a 78 whatever else that doesnt need to be smog exempt cause cheap and or poor people drive them.
