Rebuilt KA24E
New Spark Plugs
Wires
Cap, Rotor
O2 Sensor
PAIR Valve not a problem

Now here is the problem it fluctuates up and down 200-300RPM at idle. If i rev it up to say 3000rpm it then drops to 1500 fast and then slowly comes down to idle at 700rpm where it fluctates. My question now is when the TPS is unplugged should that affect the idle cause when I unplug mine it does nothing. Unless its the TPS im complelty lost and this is lame.
