if that was a 5spd 98 SE it definitely isn't worth only 7k, no matter what the blue book value says. there were only 2000 or so 98's manufactured and far less then that were SE let alone 5spd. you're looking at a manufacturing run of a couple hundred. a clean 98 SE 5spd should fetch well over 10k nowadays. a 97 5spd could go for 7k or so.
