he said "wrong engine" because you are figuring for a KA. SR redline is 7500rpm. Also, the final drive in the rear end is the same in both SR and KA cars. 4.08. readily available is the 3.90 J30 LSD or a 4.36 (which i have) from the R32 skyline. Hopefully as soon as my ecu gets returned to me, ill take the GPS out and see exactly what the car will do, though i dont really have any doubt that it will hit the limiter in 5th with the 4.36 rear end. 90% of my driving is drag and drifting, hence the 4.36. I should be making considerably more power now, so i may end up swapping it for a 4.08 anyway.
