So I've got an ORC 409 single plate clutch in an s14 with a notch top sr. My TO decided to grenade itself the other week so I dropped the tranny and replace it with a new one. I used the TO/carrier sleeve combo recommended in this thread

The previous owner installed the clutch originally and I'm not sure what TO bearing he used. All I know for sure is it was bigger in diameter. I found a PN on the bearing seal, but a search didn't yield anything.
So my problem is I don't have enough adjustment to get the clutch to disengage properly. I've adjusted the rod from the master cylinder all the way to the end of its range and the clutch engages just enough to get in gear.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has run into similar problems and can offer advice before I start replacing things. I was thinking the slave first, then the master and if that fails start looking at longer offset carrier sleeves. Oh, and I've bled the system thoroughly.
