Your injectors should always have 12v constantly to them. And yes, you "can" wire your power from injector one to injector two or to injector three etc.. That being said each of your injectors fire by ground pulses. Which means that the ecu controls each ground of the injector.
So, three things. If your injector (one) is connected to the right ecu pin, and the ecu is working, wiring it to any 12v constand source would be fine (injector two). If your injector (one) is not firing, but still has a 12v constant going to it, then that means either your wiring to your ecu is bad (the ground), or the ecu is bad. If its the latter, you cannot "piggy back" onto a different injector, or you will get the same firing sequence that injector has.
