Really depends on what your doing with the car (but im guessing your talking about drifting your car) and how much power your putting down.

With more power you want lower spring rates so you can have more grip.

If your running a simple naka go ahead opt for a stiffer spring rate, you can always change spring rates out in the future when you build your motor or something.
