Oh wow, that was significantly different than expected.

Check your tire to fender clearances, and see if they're making contact (though you would see wear with the amount of noise it's making).

It almost sounds like a bushing, have you recently changed your ride height without correcting the bushing loading? Also, check to make sure that all of the bushings are properly torqued and not staying stationary while the suspension is moving. Grease all of your aftermarket heims, and any poly bushings too.
