Rust is just that big of a problem around here. When you look at a picture of Chicago in winter, you don't see any snow. All of that white crap is salt
For the OP though, I wouldn't pay that much if I were located in Cali. Way more selection in the area that you could find a good deal. My case is somewhat different.
