Just bang it out with a big hammer. What I did was cover the other studs in alot of ducktape so I wouldn't chip them by accident and mess up the threads. Then put the new stud in and pull it through with a lug nut by tightening the shit out of it. Just make sure you pull it all the way through.
Or you could just take the hub off and bang the new stud in from the other side. The front hubs come right off once you take the center nut off. The rear hubs are pressed on, you can get em off by smacking the back of em with a big hammer.
