Yeah if that's happening at idle the injectors are spraying a pisston of fuel, way more than it should. I doubt an AFC will even work, or be anywhere near safe, you need to get that retuned.
You need to be careful with running super rich like that, you can wash the walls of the cylinder fairly easy and dilute your oil with fuel pretty easy, both of which are very bad.
