The kit comes complete with the Haltech ECU Programmable Computer, USB Programming Cable, Instruction Manual (In Software), Programming software and plug n play harness for the s13 SR20DET. Use your own factory sensors for temps or fuel/oil pressure etc. Additional Haltech sensors are sold separately.
