We found out after your purchase, unfortunately. We have not had issues like this before and because of that we also didn't expect it.
The previous bearing manufacturer does OEM production for Yamaha Japan and we have been using them for many years now without major issues until recent.
We're also very disappointed with what has happened and resolved it as soon as possible. We're going to be using US made bearings so that we can address these types of issues and fix it right away.
