To me the NEO is a go option and I loved my hands down. When tuned and around the same power range of a 26 there it holds its own. 350 is a walk in the park, for a NEO with basic upgrades. Wiring Specialities list harnesses for the NEO to S14, I brought a harness from them almost a decade ago and it's still holding strong. I've owned cars that were powered by SR. and Series 1 & NEO RB's the NEO has been the best hands down. It delivers torgue and if fun to drive even in stock form. As far as installing in an S14 I ve seen it done but dont have first hand knowledge. I brought my engine from Japan so I might do this one day.
