Saw a lowered Gold s14 kouki tail lights or those ebay led ones on Murphy canyon rd earlier this week at around 330. I usually take the 15 south but because of the back up, I got off of Clairemont Mesa and got on Murphy canyon to avoid all that mess. I was 3-4 cars behind
