allow me to explain how it works. cops are going after ignorant kids who are stupid. the ones with the fancy body kits, fancy paint jobs, illegal clear tail lights, shitty glaring HID retrofits, bumping stereos, and motors that are poorly put together with no emissions and are excessively loud.
i have friends with shop cars, ones that are tastefully modified and so clean, that you cant even tell they are modiifed. actually, you cant even tell whats illegal from legal. cops are normal people, i have plenty of customers who've bought products from me who are in law enforcement. now EVERY cop is going to slam you down for having modifications, its all about how stupid you are.. and how obvious you make things.
yeah .. im sure driving around with a HUGE chrome intercooler is going to attract attention -- dont be surprised when they cite you.
