Complaint filed!
Filed a complaint with paypal against "DOPEPICS". He kept making excuses as to why it wasn't shipped, even said that the item was still at the post office because he forgot the zipcode.
Like a post office lets you leave without all the info on the package you are sending out.
I hope this alerts other members on this forum. Do not trust this guy. Like I said, a complaint has been filed to Paypal.
