a) can't rb-motoring also import skylines, why yes they can so no not only motorex, and I think there may even be one more that does it
b) uhh you can bring any car in from japan that you want to, legalizing it to drive on the public roads is the hard part
c) your boy at the DOT Importation apparently doesn't know what he's talking about and I quote:
