I perfer dished myself since I have no practical use for a QR. Although, Dish + QR would make it easier to rest your arm/elbow on the door card/out the window like a kool guy.

Disadvantage of dished? Not being able to reach the horn button easily, whilst remaining at 10&2 all proper like.
