If you are talking about the white plastic rollers that are part of the window regulator, (the track part that connects to the power window motor), I don't think those things come seperately, nor can they be removed from the regulator assembly without damaging or breaking them. I think you're gonna have to buy another regulator assembly to get your window working again.
If you have a digital camera, take a picture of them & post where they came out of. It would help to understand exactly what you are looking for.
