id say stock ecu is fine. run 91 octane or better, absolutely get a aftermarket fuel pump, maybe even consider getting your injectors cleaned and flow tested
10psi is the max I would recommend on t25
once you start throwing on other mods, like t28 or bigger, 550 injectors, z32 maf, etc, THEN invest in an enthalpy.
