Should just point out that the Nissan and Subaru side-feed injector connectors are slightly different.
You can modify the two to work together, but I think the Nissan connector will no longer lock to the Subaru injector. It will just slide on and off.
The better solution is to grab the Subaru connectors as well and repin them to your Nissan engine harness. Or splice the Subaru connectors in. Or use patch harnesses.
