Barr stated, over a year ago, a sitting president will not indicted on any criminality charges. In addition, Justice Department guidelines say that a sitting president will not be indicted due to distracting the president from his constitutional duties as president. Congress (the Senate) are the ones ultimately in charge of carrying out the process of indicting the president with a recommendation from the DOJ.

If anyone has been paying attention, the Senate will NEVER (in its current makeup) vote to indict a sitting republican president based off the makeup of the Senate. That is political suicide considering how much support from gop supporters trump has garnered over the years.

Either way, Barr reviewed the almost 400 page document for less than 48 hours.

If there is no evidence, have the report (with proper classified redaction) be released to the public and go from there.

And we still cannot ignore the almost 40 folks who were charged and convicted from the probe, several of which were in trumps campaign. Manafort willingly fed polling data to the Kremlin for instance. But people will continue to ignore those convictions as it does not align wholly with their which hunt theory.........a Special Counsel which had Bi Partisan support up and down the aisle........and Mueller is a registered Republican of all things

That's all I have on the topic. Back to our regularly scheduled program.
