theres no way that he didnt toy around with his car, (driving it hard) as soon as he got it back from the swap if he didnt know he had to break the clutch in.
that sux man.

hopefully you get it all worked out.
luckily, if it is glazed, you should be able to buy a new disk to replace it and not a whole new clutch.
