you pull or push the shifter. That's pretty much it. The shifter senses when the driver moves the shifter and it atomatically clutches, cuts the gas, and moves to the next gear. The shifting is all done in a straight line. I watched this special on on speedvision and it had a whole thing on sequencial shifting &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
