Harness is exactly the same in size and has the same plugs for all S14s, there's no need to cut anything. It pulls through from the otuside, but you don't have to unplug a thing to move it.
All you need to do to relocate the harness is cut the OE clips, drill a few holes in the upper lip, and reattach it above the lip. Takes literally 5 minutes with the fender off.
