can you weld? is you can just drill it out, and weld in a new bung and screw for it, maybe a o2 sensor bung and just use and old o2 sensor... you get the idea.
or just drill it out and go with a slightly over size screw, but make shure you get a tap for that srcew/size/ thread pattern whatever to make threads so the screw will go in/out.
