First of all you won't get rid of tickets with anything. The stealth planes and other such objects use shapes to make their radar signature SMALLER. Our planes aren't invisible to radar. They just have such a small signature they're disregarded. Also, it depends on the level of technology available to the people trying to detect the said object. In any case your car will still suck at avoiding tickets because of it's shape. Even if you dump assloads of "sub paint" on it.
